Support to VP, CEO, and other department heads as necessary; special projects, travel expenses, etc.Maintain and develop working relationships with external brands, organizations, pro skateboarders, and artists for collaboration and marketing projects; this includes brand outreach and coordinating collaboration rollouts to ensure each department within DLX is meeting collaboration deadlines.Support all licensing projects including agreement drafts, reviews, payments, and trademark renewals.Act as a point of contact for all legal inquiries or partnerships.Work with DLX\'s VP and external legal teams to maintain trademark renewals, general trademark notifications, and counterfeit products.Provide support to the VP with Human Resource tasks.Weekly and daily maintenance of DLX\'s B2B website; this includes weekly emailers in coordination with brand managers, marketing teams, product adds/removals, and sale items.General admin and office support such as company event planning/coordination (including DLX annual art show), meeting scheduling via Zoom or on site, and office maintenance at HQ and skate warehouse.Maintain and assist with all brand\'s social media accounts and rider contact sheet.Manage and delegate all marketing meetings.Support the Sales team with dealer inquiries, product feedback, sales reports, and other projects as needed.Project Manage seasonal drops and deadlines by using Trello; create and execute DLX Roadmaps.Assist Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiving, and Warehouse with data entry tracking of incoming inventory and fixing errors as needed.
