   Owner and Governance lead for Newmont’s Supplier Risk Management (SRiM) Program ensuring compliance to all respective processes (spanning all functional areas of Newmont)- Cross Functional Project Management and team coordination to drive adoption •Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all functions (across all sites) when making decisions regarding processes and documents interacting with the supplier lifecycle process •Drive compliance through qualification of suppliers, internal and external risk assessments and mitigation activity plans. Issue reports outlining non-compliance for the functions and operations with direct action for region teams •Develop compliance remediation plans and enact strategies to drive behaviors through targeted communications, managed escalation, and training when global team are out of compliance - This spans Supply Chain and all cross functional teams •Accountable as the lead interfacing role between Supply Chain and the functions to incorporate function specific supplier risk actions into category management plans •Manage third party data inputs/ relationships, to ensure high quality data is used to support assessing risks and to ensure emerging risks are incorporated in the Supplier Risk Management global framework
