Professionally, I am an attorney who is passionate about providing excellent service and effective solutions to my clients. Building relationships and achieving great results for my clients are of the utmost importance to me.The focus of my practice is in the defense of complex environmental claims, mass toxic tort, product liability, and general liability actions. My experience includes defending and litigating cases involving water and soil contamination most prominently in the dry cleaners context with PCE, leaking underground storage tanks, CERCLA cases, Proposition 65 matters, toxic personal injury cases involving a myriad of chemical and toxin-related injuries, and representing clients in actions involving the State Water Resources Control Board, the Department of Toxic Substances Control and various other public entities. I also am experienced in counseling clients regarding environmental compliance issues outside the litigation context, including contamination and clean up. I regularly assists clients with environmental investigations, and related actions, including representing clients in dealings with the Regional Water Quality Control Boards. Additionally, I regularly defend companies in product liability actions involving a wide variety of alleged products and chemicals. Learning about new products is always an exciting challenge I look forward to. My experience also includes representing entities in the recent wave of #silicosis cases filed throughout California.I am further experienced in insurance defense, coverage, and bad faith actions, general civil litigation, construction litigation and personal injury lawsuits including premises liability, and auto accident cases.I am well versed in handling all aspects of litigation through trial (or arbitration), including notably a remote/virtual bench trial in an environmental case in November of 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic.Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling to new places, trying out new restaurants and Yelp’ing them, researching and trying out all the latest beauty and cosmetic product trends, and spending time with my family and 17-year-old cat aka my pet child.I look forward to connecting with you!
