I am a results-driven Program Manager and leader with over 10 years of experience in clinical operations, data analytics, strategy and managed care innovation. I have led projects focused on healthcare technological advancements, nursing processes and strategic market share growth. I recently completed an intensive Black Belt Lean Six Sigma training at Texas Children\'s Hospital that focus on clinical process improvement methodology using data analysis and statistical analytics. I have expertise in optimizing workflows, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. I am skilled in managing multimillion-dollar large-scale projects which include opening new clinics, marketing strategy development and citywide vaccination events. While at Texas Children\'s and Legacy, I worked with senior leadership to align strategic goals with project implementation.    Applied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to identify root causes and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced statistical techniques to improve business operations- Managed clinical program initiatives, ensuring adherence to NCQA standards while enhancing patient education and continuity of care- Led IT projects focused on connecting health information systems, improving interoperability and patient outcomes by integrating disparate healthcare data sources- Successfully managed high-priority initiatives, applying strategic project management practices that delivered $4.3 million in savings by enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows- Built a project management organization (PMO), developed processes and procedures, and supervised three project managers as they successfully managed 40+ projects with senior executive level visibility- Led all COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster communication plan which ultimately led to a partnership with Jill Biden, First Lady of the United States and a city-wide vaccination event with the City of Houston; project managed both events working with our clinical, legal and government relations teams to ensured successful execution of deliverables- Managed email and text message campaigns (over 600k recipients) and utilized data analytics to track success- Developed comprehensive strategic plans in collaboration with department executives and Sr. Vice President for our research institute, marketing, philanthropy, public relations, and health plan teams to drive and align efforts towards our future vision and goals- Led procurement of 12 software as a service (SaaS) Information Services solutions and worked with our product operations team to implemented these products increasing productivity and efficiency in the department
