ThinkForward has used its expertise in coaching and employability to bring together a range of activities designed to harness the potential of our young people and inspire them to develop career aspirations based on their skills, abilities and interests. As an experienced programme coordinator, I will coordinate thinkforwards FutureLeaders programme which will run for two and a half years. This programme consists of mentoring, one-to-one coaching and work experience while building trusted relationships to provide consistent support for black teenagers from the age of 14 upwards, Future Leaders will reach across several London boroughs.
