ABOUT KIERON HALL

10 years experience in the motor trade industry starting as parts apprentice back in 2015 for npa motor factors completing my apprentiship after 3 years to gain a NVQ level 3 in vehicle parts and gaining the key experience to be a knowledgeable parts person I then continued my carer in the motor trade by accepting a new role as parts person at fleet factors gaining lots of experience in many different areas also including HGV knowledge too,moving on my carer moved onto working for a ford main dealer Parts Plus, working for parts plus gave me alot of experience working in a very fast paced environment which I exceeded all expectations by being promoted from parts person to parts supervisor in a little as 1 year, in the short amount of time I was supervisor I gained many key factors of being a people\'s person by supporting staff in many ways including achieving daily sales figures,upselling etc my carer then took a massive step by being offered a branch manager role at motor parts direct which is a whole different dynamic of the motor trade which will push me in many other ways which I hope to succeed in
