ABOUT KIERNAN WRIGHT
I am a Licensed Social Worker with a person-centered approach to therapy. In addition to a humanistic lens, I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques to address human suffering and work with individuals to reorganize their behavior around what matters most to them. I work with clients living with anxiety, depression, who are addressing difficult life transitions, and more. I am also trained in Motivational Interviewing and will use other modalities and approaches to therapy when appropriate. I work with individuals living with trauma, and I am committed to trauma-informed care.
