As Resourcing Manager for E-training my role is to oversee the entire process of attracting, selecting, and onboarding apprentices/skilled workers into our customers and ensuring seamless transitions onto apprenticeships Developing Recruitment Strategies:Designing and implementing strategies to attract quality applicants.Promoting apprenticeship vacancies through job boards, schools, colleges, career fairs, and social media.Stakeholder Collaboration:Working with hiring managers, training providers, and internal teams to understand apprenticeship requirements.Building relationships with external partners such as schools, colleges, and apprenticeship support organisations.Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable candidates.Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants\' skills, motivations, and suitability.Compliance and Funding Awareness:Ensuring recruitment practices meet government apprenticeship funding rules and eligibility criteria.Keeping up to date with apprenticeship standards and sector-specific regulations.Candidate Experience and Onboarding:Managing the onboarding process for successful apprentices.Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to induction.Reporting and Improvement:Monitoring recruitment metrics (e.g, time-to-hire, quality of hire).Continuously improving recruitment processes based on feedback and performance data.
