Using the Microsoft Fabric stack including Dake Lakehouses, Warehouses, Data Pipelines, Gen 2 Data Flows. Also utilising Microsoft BI Stack of Azure Data Factory (ADF) including version 2, Synapse SQL Serverless and Synapse SQL Dedicated Pools, Databricks, Synapse Link, APIs, SSIS, SSAS (Tabular and Multi-Dimensional), SSRS, T-SQL and SharePoint. This includes setting up the architecture for clients with data sets consisting of 6+ million new records per day being added to a 2+ billion single fact table using partitioning, specifying BI servers and training of permanent staff for effective handover. Data analytics solutions been delivered to the following customer types, health care, financial services, music, websites with giga-byte data feeds, construction, retail and local government.Data analytics data sources included Dynamics Finance & Operations, Business Central and CRM. I successfully integrated D365 Finance and Operations with Azure Data Lake using Synapse Link. I successfully integrated D365 Business Central with Azure Data Lake using a Synapse API connection.I have successfully utilised PySpark to create data cleansing and transformation processes. I am also able to leverage PySpark to empower the customer to track, manage and continuously improve data quality. Purview has been utilised to promote effective data governance, data integrity and conformance to legislation such as the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act.I am able to iteratively migrate a hybrid data warehouse from mainly snowflake to mainly star schema based in a production environment whilst keeping this data analytics solution fully operational.I am most effective where I can work in an agile scrum two-weekly sprint environment where Azure Dev Ops is fully utilised as an agile project management tool, a version control repository, configuration/change management and release deployment tool.
