ABOUT KIERAN COOPER

A seasoned and highly successful Technical Account Manager with 20 years experience in supporting customers to be successful: acting as the voice of the company to the customer and the voice of the customer to the company. I\'m passionate about being the interface between enterprise customers and software companies, with excellent track record in building relationships at all levels. I have a deep knowledge of email and deliverability, and love helping people make better use of the channel.I have a good commercial instinct, and a passion to get organisations making best use of technologies of all kinds to further their objectives, and to help people to take advantage of the opportunities presented to them by technology, whatever their experience and skills. I build excellent relationships at all levels internally and externally, ensuring everyone collaborated to deliver what the customers needed. I became a trusted technical advisor, always keen to learn and teach. I have a deep understanding of the world of email and especially deliverability, but am always interested in discovering new things - at Bird I supported customers on SMS and was able to build my knowledge quickly. I have always enjoyed managing teams and have consistently received great feedback from colleagues whose careers I supported and developed. I\'m a successful public speaker and trainer, and have a talent for explaining complex topics in an understandable way. I\'ve had a strong interest in data protection and privacy since the 1990s and in the last 5 years I\'ve trained as a certified data controller, and received my CIPP/E privacy qualification.At Halon I\'m looking after many of our amazing roster of customers, as well as talking to companies looking to join us, and to continuing to present about email wherever I can!
