I also support contract negotiations with suppliers and workers, aligning with programme standards and rate cards.I streamline onboarding processes to ensure timely documentation, system access, and induction. I work closely with finance teams to manage POs and invoices, maintaining accuracy and budget alignment.Notably, I led a successful FTC recruitment project, filling seven roles across diverse functions including Field Services, Programme Management, and Release Management. I provided weekly reporting to Programme Management and P&C, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring delivery.
