I am senior development professional with over 10 years of experience within the renewables in-dustry, primarily as a land specialist but latterly in a more general project development and leader-ships roles. I have found recently, I have gained the most satisfaction from building successful teams and using my experience to help other to flourish. I consider myself very fortunate to work in the renewables industry and to have been involved at a senior and strategic level which has given the chance to work across projects at a portfolio level, at all stages within the project development cycle. I thoroughly enjoy working on large scale and high-profile projects and I am extremely passionate about offshore wind.
