Responsible for Customer Authentication, Customer Services and Order Management.Highlights include:Replatforming our Authentication Provider, to enable high-yield changes to our authentication offering (Social Login, Code based login & recovery), and improve our security posture.Improving automated resolutions via Chatbot, which also improved CS deflection rates, leading to a leaner CS operation.Several improvements to architecture, leading to healthier software and engaged Software Engineers.Outside of my role, I have impacted the broader organisation\'s culture by identifying opportunities to improve and leading initiatives to action those improvements. A key outcome here is a 12% improvement on the department\'s Psychological Safety. Other improvements include improvements to our Learning & Development approach, and to our Feedback Culture.
