   My role has evolved over the years and I play to my strengths as time goes on. Currenly, I am Chief Operations Officer and Head of Customer Success. I handle all of the back office logistics and vendor services to enable the team, especially the executive team, to function seamlessly. I establish best practices for teams and office logistics, work with teams on their goals and sharpen accountability metric to ensure we are on track and in line with our quarterly goals. I also head up product development for Weekly Harvest Prepped Foods. WH is our first product line with prepped salads. As the Head of Customer Success, I manage communications with our past, present and prospective B2B and B2C clients to ensure their 100% satisfaction. I also maintain all of their systems issues or needs and visit regularly to ensure systems are operating appropriately. Customer retention is the lifeblood of any business, so these interactions are important to maintaining good relationships with paying clients.
