Designing and building the new layout for Scots extension for the gym- Launching and implementing offseason (S&C) sessions to provide all athletes with year-round access, to allow those who do not participate in both winter and summer sports to enable continue to build their athletic foundation and prepare for their upcoming season- Introducing (S&C) sessions to all students across sports teams from (Y9-13)- Providing data reports to athletes and coaches, and introducing a workload tracker to monitor weekly load for each athlete and maturation testing. As well as regular testing dates throughout the athletes’ season-Expanding the school’s long-term athletic development (LTAD) program by creating a two-year plan for selected students and increasing extension in participation for students in (Y9-11)-Introducing bi-weekly parent webinars to educate parents, enhance their knowledge, and provide additional support to the students athletes at Scots.
