When not playing with my puppy, most of my time is spent helping teams get a clearer view of what is actually going on in their infrastructure. A lot of that comes down to cutting through noise, making systems easier to understand, and spotting issues before they turn into bigger problems. Much of the work involves hybrid observability in complex environments, with a focus on improving visibility and performance without adding unnecessary complexity. At the end of the day, it is about making infrastructure feel less chaotic and more reliable for the people who depend on it. There is also a lot of collaboration with both technical and non technical teams, translating needs into something practical and usable while keeping the human side in mind.
