   Migrated organization’s over 100 projects per year to Smartsheet incorporating dashboards for better visibility & accountability, resulting in over 100% reduction in at-risk milestone deliveries of key product development projects.• Led an international team to course-correct a late delivery of Petco\'s Owned Brand Product Lifecycle Management System (PLM). The project brings online the manual processes of product development from product design to RFQs, and Inspections & Audits, reducing process wastes resulting in faster product speed-to-market.
