Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and verify adequate investigations were performed and corrective actions assigned- Help deliver relevant health and safety initiatives and training during monthly calls- Assist sites with the initiation and development of the new global container Energy Control Program- Assist sites with submittal of various local and federal reporting documents- Assist sites with VPP inspection prep- Assist with corrugator guarding initiative and ensure guarding met NAC specifications- Conduct plant walkthroughs and report any deficiencies noted during the walkthrough- Review environmental filing system for proper documentation pertaining to environmental compliance- Review plant inspections and safety work orders to confirm timely completion- Review plant Checkit or Safe Work Observation (SWO) data to identify trends especially in cases where an injury or LIFE event occurred- Participate and host qualified electrical train the trainer sessions in my region- Develop reports for feedback to the sites on visits and targets for future visits- Enter standalone corrective actions into Incident Prevention System (IPS) for special items of interest- Review plant external waste water audits from Beckart and Walawala and ensure corrective actions were addressed- Conduct new to role training with PIMs and other EHS contacts at sites to ensure they had a basic understanding of how to navigate the EHS homepage, conduct reporting, and administer training- Attend and present information in Region Lead Team meetings- Work on Hit Not project to provide additional secondary layers of protection with regard to PIT/PED segregation on the wet end of the corrugator- Provide additional guidance when NAC standards were unclear to EHS contacts at the site level- Worked to develop personal rapport with people at the site level and strove to be a helpful and responsive resource for them.
