Owned planning and forecasting of expenses along with managing workforce and financial targets (including root cause / drivers and variance analysis).• Prepared and presented materials related to Technology spend such as: Technology monthly reviews, CIO leadership meetings (operational, strategic, leadership), long-range plan reviews, budget reviews, workforce management, board materials, allocation reviews, and savings efficiency tracking.• Collaborated on financial reviews and projects with Finance / HR / Accounting / IT / BU partners to ensure alignment between all teams where possible and achieve optimal reporting of results.• Drove over 10+ projects to enhance organization operations including dashboard reporting, headcount management, industry benchmarking, forecasting accuracy improvement, internal charge-back ideation, and efficiency tracking and development.
