ABOUT ELMIRE Q. KIDD

I am a lifelong learner with 22+ years of diversified experience to include exceptional customer service skills primarily dedicated to the healthcare industry including Long-term Care, Home Care, Peri-Op, Medical Office work, and Behavioral Health. I also have experience leading a team of Physical and Traditional Security Coordinators within the DoD Cybersecurity workspace. As a side hobby turned start up business, I do audiobooks and audio engineering. I have history in Public Speaking and Teaching. I am proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook) with a working knowledge of ATCTS, AVS, Service Now, AESMP, ATIMS, GEARS, ITOs, NETCOP, and a host of other IT software applications. I am a creative writer but have adapted and developed my skills in the work place to include writing SOPs, TTPs, Policies, and Memorandums that meet AR 25-50 standards. I am able to communicate with diverse audiences. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, a problem solver capable of creative and highly effective decision making, analyzing information and complying with organizational policies and procedures; Able to track and manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment with high quality output; Accustomed to handling sensitive information with 100% accountability.
