I\'m Kiarra, a Customer Success Consultant based in \'Hotlanta\'. In just three years, I\'ve moved from Tech Support to Product Consultant to QA Engineer by letting my curiosity & creativity lead me. The highlights of following this method has lead me to:• Being a dental assistant at a children\'s dentistry. This helped sharpen my attention to detail by noticing little tells to determine which kids were going to give me problems during the x-ray process.• Studying software engineering to try and see the behind-the-scenes reason for why an issue was happening on a client\'s system.• Being called a \'force multiplier\' by trying out jokes in team meetings (one of my highest achievements to date).Whether I\'m joking, debugging an issue for a client, or learning something new, my curiosity has made me a better Customer Success Manager and a better human.
