Support the development of programmatic priorities, clear objectives, and outcomes addressing the needs of people experiencing homelessness.•Manage, track, and report on the progress of the KCRHA 5-year plan and crosswalk KCRHA plan with other stakeholder plans•Develop a plan and timeline for continual improvement of the homeless response system in partnership with KCRHA staff, people with lived experience, service providers, city agencies, and other key stakeholders. •Lead project planning to identify and implement improvements to the homeless response system in collaboration with KCRHA staff, people with lived experience, providers, and other key stakeholders.•Oversee collaboration with all subregions in King County to address homelessness. •Integrate the work of these coalitions into KCRHA so that KCRHA can continually improve their homeless response.•Oversee engagement planning for subregions (Seattle, North, South and East King County) and subpopulations (e.g, youth and young adults, single adults, families, LGBTQ+, women, survivors of domestic violence, veterans, reentrants, complex medical cases).•Liaise with stakeholders on relevant data, impact, and performance measurement issues. •Develop engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with key partners, including the City of Seattle, King County and subregional governmental departments, and other community stakeholders to embolden regional approach to homelessness.•Create and maintain feedback loops with key stakeholders to guide RHA planning and efforts to decrease unsheltered homelessness.•Coordinate events and initiatives that strengthen stakeholder relationships and engagement with KCRHA strategy.•Set team strategy, goals and objectives in collaboration with Planning Team, Director of Planning and Special Projects, and Chief Program Officer.•Support the Severe Weather Lead in KCRHA Severe Weather Response, including cross covering the Severe Weather Lead, if they are unavailable.
