ABOUT KIARA MENON
I am interested in the biochemical processes that center metabolism and various metabolic diseases. Specifically, what intrigues me is how molecular pathways contribute to disease progression, resistance and, ultimately, treatment. I want to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry, where I can apply my knowledge to drug discovery, development, and therapeutic innovation. My passion for laboratory research extends beyond R&D; I am eager to gain experience in all aspects of the industry, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and regulatory processes, to ensure the development of safe and effective therapies.
