About Kiana Flak

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor\'s degree in International Relations from IE University, a prestigious institution that offers a diverse and innovative curriculum. I have completed courses on subjects such as international security, global development, and human rights.I am a Community Outreach Intern at the World Affairs Council of Orange County (WACOC), a non-profit organization that promotes global awareness and engagement in the local community. I assist with planning, organizing, and executing events such as speaker series, panel discussions, and webinars on topics related to international affairs and diplomacy. I also support the outreach and communication efforts of WACOC, such as maintaining the website, social media, and newsletter, and liaising with partners, sponsors, and members. Through this role, I have developed skills in event management, confidentiality, and interpersonal communication, as well as gained valuable insights into the global issues and challenges of our time.I aspire to become a global leader who can work with different stakeholders and leverage my skills and knowledge to address the complex and interconnected challenges of the 21st century. I am eager to learn from others, expand my network, and explore new opportunities that will help me achieve my goals and grow as a professional and as a person.
