ABOUT KIANA WALKER
I am a graduate of Virginia State University, where I competed as a member of the Women’s Basketball team. In Summer 2024, I earned my Master of Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, completing my graduate assistantship at the University of Richmond, focusing on Student-Athlete Performance and Development.Currently, I serve as a Recruiting Analyst for Tennessee Football. In this role I support visit execution, prospect coordination, and operational details that drive an efficient and impactful recruiting process.Previously, as the Football Operations and Personnel Assistant at the University of Richmond, I gained hands-on experience in team travel, recruiting, compliance, and scheduling. My time in operations reinforced my passion for creating seamless experiences for athletes, coaches, and staff.As a former athlete, I understand the challenges and triumphs of the student-athlete journey, which fuels my desire to work in team operations and player engagement.
