The Jobs Essential Training (JET) Program is a core part of Henry Street Settlement\'s Education and Employment Services; a $10M division that offers high quality, one-to-one job search support, workshops and retention services to over job-seeking New Yorkers annually. The Intern and Earn Program provides work readiness, subsidized internship experience, education and/or employment to three cohorts of young adults (17-24 years of age) per year.\\\\n\\\\nAs the Director of JET and the Intern and Earn Programs I:\\\\n\\\\n- Develop and strengthen workforce program design, activities and curriculum, to ensure quality programming that reflects current workforce development best practice\\\\n- Build partnerships with employers to increase opportunities for job placement and employment resources\\\\n- Provide thought leadership, coaching, supervision and support to both workforce development teams that deliver employment assistance, training and support to over NYC residents annually\\\\n-Manage data analysis that informs future programming and departmental success\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
