   As the sole product designer, I led the design vision for Sift and contributed to product strategy and decision making. I designed new features including dotted line relationships which allowed users to represent non-traditional relationships within their organization and introduced self-service user onboarding which resulted in increased G2 reviews and a 35% reduction in customer support tasks and tickets. I redesigned the free trial experience by removing 58% of steps which boosted trial acceptance rates by over 45% in a 3-month period. Met regularly with the Sales and Marketing Team to turn company goals into actionable design work. I maintained and updated Sift’s design system through ongoing collaboration with the engineering team, built new components, added accessibility guidelines and continued integration with Material 3’s updated best practices.
