I lead global sustainability communications at Baker Hughes, an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide. In this role, I oversee Baker Hughes’ global sustainability communications strategy by driving internal and external narrative and thought leadership in sustainability and energy transition. Working closely with the company’s Chief Sustainability officer and in the global marketing & communications team, I ensure that sustainability is a key differentiator for Baker Hughes, through strategic communications and engagement with all its internal and external stakeholders. I am passionate about changing behaviors, driving business results and value creation through strategic communications to achieve business goals. Before joining Baker Hughes, I was an expatriate and worked and lived in 12 global cities, including Singapore and Hong Kong. I have over two decades of experience working in healthcare education, media, and PR industries, handling almost everything from building a business and teams, doing business development, to leading strategic digital marketing and communications. I\'ve had the honour of being listed in Marquis Who\'s Who List 2025 and being featured in “New York’s Top 25 Most Influential and Connected PR firms & people” list published by Sparkah in 2011. I am also a recipient of The Lagrant Foundation Scholarship. I have a master’s degree in public relations and corporate communication from New York University, a master’s degree in management and bachelor’s degree in accounting from India. A communicator by the day, I moonlight as a book reader and coach to my two children.
