My role is largely centered on working closely with managers and leaders on day-to-day people decisions—performance discussions, employee relations, retention risks, workforce movements, and navigating difficult conversations with clarity and fairness.Alongside core HRBP work, I spend a lot of time building structure—creating SOPs, contributing to policy design, and strengthening how people processes are run so they are consistent, practical, and well understood. I enjoy the problem-solving side of HR, especially in situations where expectations are unclear or emotions run high.Earlier in my career, I worked on MBA campus hiring and early-career programs, including induction and role clarity work, which gave me a strong foundation in talent development.
