ABOUT KHUSHWINDER SINGH

I graduated with an MSc in Data Science from the University of Bristol, and now I work as an Automation QA Engineer. Its kind of cool how that all ties together. I focus on stuff like Python and TypeScript mostly, and setting up automated testing for web apps, APIs, and those data systems that need checking.Building test frameworks is a big part of what I do. I have made some for validating data automatically, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to make everything more reliable. It helps catch issues early, I guess.During my masters, I worked on this project with reinforcement learning and queuing models. The goal was to optimize waiting lists in healthcare. Using some anonymized NHS data, we got patient wait times down by 18 percent. That felt pretty rewarding, even if the models were tricky to tune.I have done other AI projects too. Like this smart ticketing system that got patented, and some research I published on neural networks for healthcare solutions. Not everything turned out perfect, but it was interesting to see how they could apply.What drives me is using tech to fix real problems out there. Mentoring people along the way, and creating projects that actually help folks. It seems like that is where the real impact comes from, though sometimes its hard to measure. I am not totally sure how to balance all that yet.
