As a Research Scholar at the Harvard Health Systems Innovation Lab, I contribute to multidisciplinary research and innovation efforts focused on reimagining how health systems function and perform, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.I am actively involved in the Global Challenge for Health Systems Performance (GC-HSP), a flagship initiative that brings together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to develop innovative metrics and implementation strategies to assess and improve health system performance globally. My role includes supporting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing evidence, preparing reports and policy briefs, and contributing to peer-reviewed publications.In addition to my research responsibilities, I played a key role in the 6th Global Health Systems Hackathon—a unique initiative that brought together students, clinicians, designers, and technologists to develop practical innovations in response to real-world health systems challenges. I supported the design and facilitation of the hackathon, led India hub, and help translate winning ideas into viable pilot projects.My time at the lab has deepened my commitment to systems thinking and innovation as powerful levers for global health improvement. It has also provided opportunities to engage with a global network of thought leaders, innovators, and changemakers dedicated to transforming health care delivery at scale.
