With the City of Kingston Systems Development team, I work at the intersection of technology and public service, supporting Emergency Services operations through critical, time-sensitive systems that directly impact public safety. My role focuses on the enhancement and maintenance of platforms such as Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD), Automated Callback and Scheduling systems, Records Management Systems, Mobile Computer Terminals in emergency response vehicles, and data visualization strategies for both internal stakeholders and public users. I actively contribute to full project lifecycle management, working closely with cross-departmental teams to deliver reliable, user-centered solutions that align with the unique demands of municipal services. My academic background and earlier roles in tech have equipped me with a solid foundation in software development, data analysis, and systems thinking, enabling me to build bridges between technical solutions and human needs.
