About Khushi Gupta
Hi, I’m Khushi I’m currently working as an HR Generalist at Triffid Marketing Pvt. Ltd, where I manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation. Working in a fast-paced agency has provided me with hands-on exposure to the real challenges of people management and has enabled me to contribute directly to building policies and organizational structures. I hold a BBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources, and my journey so far includes internships across talent acquisition, HR analytics, documentation, and engagement, each of which has added a layer to my understanding of HR. But HR, for me, is not just about processes. It’s about people. That’s why outside of work, I’ve taken leadership roles in student organizations, facilitated training sessions, and actively contributed to sustainability and wellness initiatives. These experiences sharpened my communication skills and made me believe strongly in the idea of people-first workplaces.
