ABOUT KHUSHI SAPKALE ASSOC.

I’m an MSc Human Resource Management graduate from Queen’s University Belfast and an Associate CIPD member, beginning my career in HR with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, HR operations, and HR administration. Through my experience across a health-tech start-up and earlier HR roles, I have supported end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. I have also maintained confidential employee records, managed HR documentation, and organised recruitment trackers and people data using Excel and shared systems. Working in fast-paced environments has helped me develop strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support structured HR processes that enable teams to operate efficiently. At the start of my career, I’m particularly interested in roles within recruitment support, HR operations, and people administration, where I can build strong operational foundations in HR.Over time, I hope to grow into broader people operations and strategic HR roles, contributing to employee experience, organisational development, and people-focused workplace practices.
