ABOUT KHUSHI RAHEJA

Psychology graduate with a strong and growing specialization in Industrial–Organizational (I/O) Psychology and Human Resources, focused on applying behavioral science to enhance people performance, workplace well-being, and organizational effectiveness.I bring hands-on experience across HR operations, people management, recruitment, learning & development, employee engagement, and change management, supported by formal training in Industrial–Organizational Psychology. My work in HR and nonprofit organizations has involved interviewing and screening candidates, managing volunteers and teams, resolving conflicts, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting people-centric initiatives.With a foundation in clinical and counseling psychology, I understand human behavior at an individual level, which strengthens my approach to leadership development, employee well-being, and organizational decision-making. I also hold certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, giving me additional insight into motivation, mindset, stress management, and behavior change—skills that translate strongly into workplace settings.My leadership style is shaped by experience beyond academics and work: I am a state-level boxing player and college Kabaddi team captain, which has instilled discipline, resilience, teamwork, and high-performance orientation—qualities I bring into organizational and HR roles.I am particularly interested in roles and opportunities within I/O Psychology, Human Resources, People Development, L&D, Organizational Well-being, and Research, where psychology and business intersect to create sustainable impact.Let’s connect to build healthier, high-performing organizations through evidence-based psychology.
