As the Head of Human Resources at Careervalues, a leading online platform that helps professionals discover their values, strengths, and career paths, I leverage my Executive MBA and over nine years of experience in the consumer services industry to drive strategic and operational excellence in the human resources function. My core competencies include team management, vendor management, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership. I have successfully led and implemented multiple initiatives to improve the employee experience, retention, and productivity at Careervalues, such as creating and delivering training programs, developing and executing reward and recognition schemes, and establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external stakeholders. I am also responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a diverse and talented team of human resources professionals. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration at Careervalues, and to empower our employees to achieve their full potential and deliver value to our customers.
