As an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience and finely honed abilities in staff training and development, I possess a breadth of knowledge and talents that will allow me to contribute toward the success of a company. My expertise includes successfully identifying corporate training needs, creating learning programs, and implementing hands-on and e-learning strategies for internal trainings. I would also like to add that being part of Alight Solutions, my perspective towards Learning & Development has changed in a way that I now just don\'t think from employee\'s point of view but also through client\'s.
