My role involves identifying concerns and, when necessary, referring students for further psychological assessment. I collaborate with families, teachers, and specialist teams to ensure holistic progress, while also fostering a safe, supportive school environment. Additionally, I address and flag situations where a child may be at risk of harm to self or others, ensuring timely intervention and overall well-being.
