About Khushi Bhagwan
I am a second-year postgraduate student hoping to become an I/O psychologist by next year. My interests were primarily in biology, particularly brain functioning, which eventually led me to psychology. I graduated with a psychology and geography double major. Last semester, I finished my Human Resources internship at The Lalit in Mumbai. This internship facilitated me in broadening my knowledge, developing new skills, and sharpening old ones. It also boosted my confidence, which resulted in improved interpersonal skills and relationships. The most intriguing aspects of this internship were DEI and CSR, which not only provided me with a new and diverse perspective but also helped to strengthen my empathetic skills. I thrive on collaboration. I am always on the lookout for opportunities to help me grow both personally and professionally.
