I have completed PGDM from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, with a strong interest in business innovation and growth. I have over a year of experience as an Operations Lead at BizThon, the global business hackathon, where I manage the end-to-end execution of the events and oversee the operations team. I am also an Investment Analyst at TDeFi, a Web3 incubator and consultancy, where I evaluate and invest in early-stage ventures from the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. At TDeFi, I work with a diverse and talented team of experts and advisors, who share my passion for fostering the Web3 revolution. I leverage my skills in management, creative writing, and leadership to conduct market research, due diligence, and deal sourcing for potential projects and partners. I also contribute to the content creation and community engagement for the incubated and advised projects.
