Axis Trustee Services Limited is the Trustee to the Trust. Gawar Investment Manager Private Limited (GIMPL) was incorporated as a private limited company on August 26, 2023, under the Companies Act, 2013. GIMPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gawar Group. GIMPL has been appointed as the Investment Manager to the InvIT by Axis Trustee Services Limited; the trustee to InvIT and is responsible for managing the operations of InvIT in accordance with InvIT regulations.
