Currently building and designing the architecture for a robust SharePoint-based document management system.• Helping in the effective and successful migration from Google drive to SharePoint for a seamless, efficient, and scalable solution to improve collaboration, enhance document organization, and ensure secure access across teams.• Develop and maintain a comprehensive control management framework in alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements. Using product and process configuration management.• Create and maintain knowledge repositories, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned are readily accessible. We call this the Knowledge Box and Library• Conduct decision science analysis of the controls performance to assist in the further development of required controls.• Collaborate with various departments to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions. • Design and execute informing / training/ awareness programmes to promote awareness and understanding of control processes across all levels of the organisation and how to use them. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives on control effectiveness and knowledge deployment. • Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the performance of control mechanisms and recommend improvements.
