The five-phase consists of pre-application phase, formal application phase, documentation evaluation phase, inspection and demonstration phase, and certification phase to Approval in the scope of approval under CAR-M, Subpart-G.*Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) prepared in accordance with CAR- M.*Prepared para wise compliance report of CAR -M along with evidence.*Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) for Aircraft Cessna 152 prepared in accordance with CAR-M and instructions given by manufacturer, Regulatory Authority and DGCA.*Prepared Aircraft Technical Logbook for single engine aircraft as per CAR-M, Subpart-C & CAR Section-2, Series-X, Part VI.*Test Flight Schedule for Aircraft Cessna 152 prepared in accordance with instructions given by manufacturer, Regulatory Authority and DGCA.*Got CAMO (CAR-M, Subpart-G) approval for M/s Samvardhane Technologies Private Limited.*It was my 1st & the best experience to set up the organisation and learned valuable lessons about setting up the organisation.
