Involved in end-to-end recruitment life cycle right from screening, short-listing, mapping skills with requirements, interest check of the candidates to the final placement of the candidates.• Handling key recruitments of the clients, which involve interaction with the client managers to understand their specifications and provide profiles / candidates accordingly.• Understanding the client requirements and sourcing candidates using internal databases, job portals, job postings, referrals, social networking and head-hunting.• Screening the CVs, conducting HR validation and short-listing the resumes as per client requirements and sending them to the clients after primary short listing.• Working out resumes as per the client specifications to make it catchier.• Follow-up with the selected candidates and scheduling Telephonic / F2F Interviews according to the candidate & client’s requirement.• Negotiate & convince the candidates to accept the offer & join at the earliest.• Assisting the clients and candidates in the selection process and following-up with candidates till he/she joins.• Regular follow up with clients as well as candidates and acting a strong link between both with the skill of long term relationship building.• Maintaining and updating the database of candidates on daily basis.• MIS and report generation on a regular basis as needed by the client or for internal use.• Client retention and relationship building.
