Started in technical support — learning how systems break and how to fix them fast. That foundation turned out to be exactly what was needed later. 10 years across technical analyst, sales engineer, shift lead, and ultimately building an entire global revenue operations function from scratch. Every step taught something different — how to manage pressure, read data, lead people, and build something where nothing existed before. The clearest example happened in 2022. A gap existed at Taboola — no dedicated function to support sales with prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development. Wrote the proposal. Got the buy-in. Built the team, processes, dashboards, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows from zero. Two countries became twelve. Three people became ten. The function now generates $10M+ in annual pipeline. Q3 2025 — $300K in revenue from 14 live deals. 40% quarter on quarter growth. Taboola Top Achiever that quarter. 10 years in — the strengths are clear. Building revenue operations from scratch. Scaling global teams. Connecting strategy to execution. Making data drive decisions.
