ABOUT KHUSHBOO SAHU

Currently I\'m working at Heineken United breweries Ltd Rajasthan, in quality assurance department,I have done Master\'s from Institute of Professional studies,\"University of Allahabad\" a central university in India with specialization on Food science and technology. A dedicated food technologist with practical experience in developing new products altering and improving food quality and safety, storing food, packaging it, processing it,and distributing it. I have a strong desire to learn new things and am a quick learner with a geniune interest in doing so. My exposure to numerous scientific domains has taught me how to successfully combine science with cutting edge technology.I worked on research topic is \"Synthesis and characterization of active bio cellulose- based packaging film\" where creating a packaging film using bio cellulose and fruits peel waste such as kiwi, guava,and orange,as a part of my dissertation project and that research article got published in Springer nature. And I hv one month experience in Parle Varanasi (i.e. bakery industry ) where I understand all quality parameters from Raw material to final product.
