Work directly with C-Suite and senior leadership for product strategy. Manage multiple (3-5) scrum teams as a Business Analyst/ Project Manager. Assess and establish requirements by creating BRDs, epics, user stories, wireframes, user flow and business flow diagrams. Work with development and architecture for planning roadmap and phased delivery like MVP, fast follow, long range etc. Manage risks, communicate early and often for alignment. Define procedures for sign-offs and delivery. Analyze and validate software solutions to business and technical requirements Provide responses to project intake forms and BRDs ascertaining sponsor and stakeholder high-level requirements. Develop design specifications and functional design documentation complying to established design principles, standards, and procedures. Identify and address gaps in organization, business, and processes between current customer situations and the desired end-state of the solution.
