In the current role, I am part of both Pulp & Fiber Units Sustainability & Business Excellence Function, Working collaboratively with co-workers to enhance the sustainability performance of unit.Calculate & Monitor sustainability indicators, such as energy usage, waste generation, water consumption, carbon emissions, Grievances & Stakeholders Monitoring.Work for Sustainability awards and represent organization at different forums and platforms.Sustainability Project selection, coordination with consultant for implementation and monitoring.Implementation of global standards such as Higg (3.0) FEM,Higg FSLM and ZDHC MMCF Guidelines.Ensure strengthening & improvement of integrated management system (ISO 9001,14001,45001 & through technical improvement.Conducting Kaizen campaign to encourage innovations and Basic Condition improvement Drive at the workplace.Hand on experience in Handling social audits by customersContinuous focus on improving energy efficiency, minimizing air emissions (Sulphur-to-air) and wastewater based on the latest technologies i.e. Implementation of EUBAT norms.Periodic Knowledge upgradation on Sustainability by learning and understanding changing scenarios & trends on Sustainability through different webinars.Supporting Central team in providing data required for annual sustainability reporting as per GRI standard, BRSR-Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting
