Khushboo, a senior UX designer, who has over 6 years of experience and holds a Master\'s in Design Innovation & Technology. Khushboo\'s expertise lies in creating sustainable systems to foster symbiotic relationships with clients, users, and the environment. Her skill set encompasses a range of soft skills such as ideation, communication, journey study, insight analysis, and strategy building. She has also demonstrated proficiency in various domains including banking, financial services, insurance, e-commerce, B2B enterprise, internal management systems, food, education, and travel. Khushboo\'s software proficiencies include Figma, InVision, PowerPoint, and Rush, and she has a strong background in user testing, site analysis, journey mapping, business analysis, strategy design, data analytics, and prototyping, among others. In terms of education, Khushboo completed her Master\'s in Design Innovation & Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2020, following a Bachelor\'s in UX Design from Symbiosis International University in 2015. She also has experience in the industry, having worked as a Senior UX Designer at Moonraft Innovation Labs since 2021, and previously at Think Design Pvt. Ltd. as a UX Designer, and at TCS and Persistent Systems Pvt. Ltd. in junior and intern UX designer roles, respectively.
