Develop and prepare board presentation and investor materials 2. In dept preparation of segment wise PNL and analysing key movements in major PNL items 3.Responsible for calculation and execution of funding operations including contractual payments and working capital requirements 4. Comprehensive covenant monitoring across all borrowings (NCD’s, Asset Backed Borrowings, term loans) 5. Leading the valuation process(200+ Trusts) for securities pledged with lenders. Tracking daily cash flows, daily Cash planning to meet short term and long term requirements7. Acting as a one point in contact for Auditors, Credit Rating Agencies and Trustees8. Scenario analysis and stress testing with interest rate sensitivity for borrowing repayment9. Portfolio cover and asset cover ratio calculations10. Liaising with various banks for fund raising activities and renewal of existing loans
